About

Built in England, for the signs and wrap trade.

WrapsDesigner.com is a vehicle wrap design studio that runs in a browser and shows the design on the customer's actual vehicle in realistic 3D before anything is printed.

An illustration of the Union flag flying from a crowned flagpole above a rocky
British coastline, with waves breaking on the rocks and a ruined castle on the
                      headland behind.

What it is

The gap between the drawing and the vehicle.

A wrap gets signed off from a flat drawing and installed on a curved vehicle, and the gap between those two things is where the arguments and the reprints live. This closes it. You design in the browser, the artwork lands on the real body shape as you work, and the customer turns the vehicle round on their own phone before you cut any vinyl.

One artwork, not two

When the client says yes, the same file you designed on the vehicle exports 1:1, and you take it to whichever printer you already use, or print it yourself if you're a studio and installer shop. Not a separate mockup for the client and a rebuild for the printer.

Or keep Illustrator

Use the Adobe extension if you would rather not change how you work at all. You keep Illustrator, and a live 3D vehicle sits beside your artboard, fully integrated. The vehicle outline artboard with your design is used live as the 3d preview, with full 360 degree views around the vehicle.

It's always being improved. Updates are made regularly. Features are added. It's not just released and then forgotten about.

How it is built

You are buying it as it is today, not as a promise.

What you can see and try right now is what you are paying for. Anything else is a bonus when it lands. There is no free tier and no trial: try the real thing on the demo car, then subscribe.

Straight about the limits

What it does not do.

It does not survey the vehicle

No template on the market fits every body variant and I am not claiming otherwise, so measure the real thing before you commit to a cut.

It does not print

You own the files and take them to whichever shop you like.

It does not design the wrap for you

There is no button that invents artwork, and the tool is not an AI generator dressed up as a studio. There are plenty of AI image generators to help with ideas, WrapsDesigner.com takes those and helps you design the end result, not the AI preview that cannot actually be printed as a proper wrap.

Getting hold of me

Support goes straight to the person who builds it.

Email [email protected] and it reaches me directly. No ticket queue and no call centre. If you are stuck, the knowledge base is a good first stop.
