Refunds

Not downloaded it yet? You can have your money back. Ask within 14 days of buying and you get a full refund, as long as the files haven't been downloaded.

Downloaded it? Then there's no refund. Once the files are on your computer we can't take them back, so the sale is final. At checkout you tick a box to agree to that before you can pay.

We keep a record of every order: when you paid and whether and when the files were downloaded. That's how we check a refund request.
