This notice explains how vehicle manufacturer names and marks are used on WrapsDesigner.com (the "Service"), operated by Neumann Labs Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 17367332), and makes clear that we are an independent tool with no connection to any vehicle manufacturer. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Trade marks and brand names

All vehicle manufacturer names, model names, logos, emblems, badges and other trade marks referred to or depicted on the Service are the property of their respective owners. They are used solely for descriptive and identification purposes — to indicate the type of vehicle a design is intended for. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement, sponsorship or approval by, the trade mark owner.

2. No affiliation or endorsement

WrapsDesigner.com is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, authorised by, associated with, connected to, or in partnership with any vehicle manufacturer or brand, or any of their subsidiaries, agents or licensees — in any way whatsoever. No reference to, or depiction of, any manufacturer or model constitutes or implies any partnership, approval, sponsorship, endorsement or commercial connection. All manufacturer trade marks are used purely descriptively to identify the vehicle a design is intended for.

3. Vehicle depictions

Vehicle representations, outlines and previews are provided for design-visualisation purposes only. They are illustrative aids to help you design a wrap, and are not supplied, licensed or endorsed by the vehicle manufacturer.

4. Our own branding

We do not use any manufacturer's logo, emblem or styling in our own branding, marketing or promotion.
