Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of WrapsDesigner.com (the "Service"), operated by Neumann Labs Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 17367332), and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Content you are responsible for

You are solely responsible for everything you upload or create, including logos, images, text, and trade marks. You must only use content that you own or are licensed to use. You must not upload or create designs that:

• infringe anyone's copyright, trade mark, design right, or other intellectual property;
• are unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or that incite violence or discrimination;
• impersonate any person, brand, or authority (including emergency-services or police liveries) in a misleading or unlawful way;
• are obscene or otherwise unlawful to display on a vehicle in the relevant jurisdiction.

2. Prohibited activities

You must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication measures, without our written permission;
• scrape, harvest, copy, reverse-engineer, or extract the Service's software, vehicle models, templates, or asset library;
• introduce malware or any harmful code;
• overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure (e.g. denial-of-service, excessive automated requests);
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted;
• misuse any AI assistant feature, including attempts to extract its system instructions or to generate prohibited content.

3. Fair use of unlimited exports

Plans that include unlimited 1:1 print-ready exports mean exactly that for normal working use: there is no export budget to watch and no credits to buy. "Unlimited" covers one person, or one shop, doing real design work.

Producing a print pack is the most computationally expensive thing we do, so we apply a fair-use ceiling and a short-term rate limit to stop automated or abusive use from degrading the service for everyone else. Genuine use does not reach them. If your work is unusual enough to run into a limit, get in touch and we will sort it out rather than cut you off.

We may contact you before taking any action, and we will not reduce a limit you are already relying on without telling you first.

4. Roadworthiness & legal compliance of physical wraps

WrapsDesigner.com is a design tool only. You are responsible for ensuring that any physical wrap produced from your designs complies with all applicable laws, including road-traffic, vehicle-lighting, registration-plate, insurance, leasing, and advertising rules. We do not check or warrant this.

5. Enforcement

If you breach this policy, we may remove content, suspend or terminate your account, and where appropriate report the matter to the authorities. We may act without notice where necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties.
